When calling the housing office, telephone receptionists will ask you for the specifics of your situation. If the nature of your inquiry requires detailed follow-up your call may need to be returned at a later time. Every effort is made to have a member of the housing staff return your call with in 48 hours of your message. This time allows us to research the situation and have the appropriate staff member help to answer your inquiry fully.
