The housing forms page, available through NYUHome > Housing Forms Log-In Channel, enables students to complete a variety of on line applications, view the status of their housing information, and make periodic changes to meal plans. Other forms that need to be reviewed by the Department of Housing are available in printout pdf format.
Applications for Academic Initiative programs (Explorations etc) required through the Department of Residential Education are not the same as The Department of Housings applications. Failing to complete the required applications for the Department of Housing may result in losing the housing guarantee.
