Welcome to the GSAS Supporting Materials Tracking System (SMTS) Version 3.4.
You can use SMTS to see if Graduate Enrollment Services (GES) has received and
recorded your supporting materials for your summer or fall 2017, or spring 2018 application.
Applicants to summer 2018 or later CANNOT use SMTS.
[Please note that applicants to the combined Bachelor's/Master's program CANNOT use SMTS.]
Your University ID Number (UID) can be found in the application acknowledgement email
you received from GES. Don't have your UID? You can
request that it be emailed to you.
Problems accessing SMTS (e.g. "file not found" error, etc)? Please visit the
