The MacCracken Housing Program Statement of Intent is the first step in the MHP application process. The form is designed to communicate your strong interest in MacCracken housing.

If your response is PARTNERED, you acknowledge that you are legally married or otherwise have an eligible domestic partner as outlined in the Graduate School's Statement of Domestic Partnership.
