Errors and Updates
Unfortunately in the
process of compiling large datasets, errors occasionally occur. We regret these
errors – sorry.
We use this page to
list the errors that have been pointed out to us. We have not corrected the
data provided.
1) Duplicate observation in
the leader data.
There are several duplicate observations in the bdm2s2_basic_leader_list.dta
file. They are listed in the table below. These duplicate observations also
occur in the leader-year data: bdm2s2_leader_year_data.dta. Our
thanks to Kristian Gleditsch
for pointing this out.
