Workshop Registration

Registration is $15 for students and unemployed and $30 for faculty. The registration fee will cover materials and refreshments during breaks, but does not include lunches or dinners. We will be hosting a dinner Friday night at the Ukrainian East Village Restaurant on Second Avenue between 9th St and St.Marks Place (212-614-3283). All workshop participants are welcome to attend. The price of the dinner is $20.
Although advance payment of registration fees is not necessary, pre-registration will allow us to estimate the number of people attending the conference and arrange for the dinner. Please register for the workshop and for the dinner by February 25, 2005 . if you can register earlier, it is a big help to us.
