TICKETS
As a degree recipient, you will receive one ticket for yourself and up to 6 guest tickets. Your guests will receive general admission tickets to the ceremony. This means that your guests will not have assigned seating and can choose where to sit when the house doors open at 1:30pm. Most guests will be seated on the orchestra level adjacent to the graduates; however, some guests will be seated in the first tier. There are no obstructed views in the house.
Deadline to register for tickets: April 21, 2009.
You must register for tickets for yourself and your guest(s) by the deadline to participate at the GSAS Convocation.

Tickets may be picked up in person at the GSAS Graduate Student Commons (1st Floor), located in the Silver Center, 100 Washington Square East, during the following times:
Monday, May 4, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, May 5, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Wednesday, May 6, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tickets will not be available on Monday May 11.
Tickets will not be mailed. If you cannot personally pick up your tickets during the distribution period, you may arrange to have another individual pick them up for you; however, this person must bring a letter signed by you, a copy of your photo I.D. with a signature, and her/his own photo I.D.
