Outside the classroom, NYU in London provides cultural events and social activities to allow you to engage with your adopted city and provide support and growth during the first semester of your college career.
Upon your arrival in London, the staff will welcome you with an orientation, in which you will find out about community service, transportation, leisure activities and get to know the staff.
The orientation program includes a mix of practical and social events to familiarise you with local systems and geography, and provide a network of social support during your first few days. These orientation events will help you meet other students and create friendships that will endure.
Throughout the semester a programme of co-curricular and extra-curricular events are planned to help you make the most of your time in London.
