The NYU in London Academic Centre is located on Bedford Square in the academic heart of London. It consists of two converted Georgian houses at #6 and #4-5. The London Centre contains classrooms, two computer labs, wireless internet access, administrative and faculty offices, student resource area, student lounge and a study area. NYUL also operates two residences in refurbished buildings in Bloomsbury, both within a 15 minute walk of the Academic Centre.
In this section, you will find information and details about both locations, maps and location description, all of which will give you a good idea of the areas of London in which you will work and live. Both locations are in central London and provide easy access to the many cultural sights and centres of entertainment that are to be found in London.
Close to the academic centre in Bedford Square is the University of London Student Union (ULU). You will find in this section information about ULU, which provides for NYUL students a very important means by which you can meet other students not from NYUL, and gain a fuller sense of the host society in which you are living.
