Constantine Sandis was educated at Oxford University and has taught philosophy at the University of Bath, the University of Reading, the Open University, the Florida Institute of Technology, Oxford Brookes University (where he is presently a senior lecturer), and for the Royal Institute of Philosophy. Constantine has published papers in numerous journals and collections and is the editor of New Essays on Action Explanation (Palgrave Macmillan, 2009). He is currently completing a book on the explanation of human action and in the final stages of co-editing (with Tim O’ Connor) A Companion to the Philosophy of Action (Wiley-Blackwell).
