The La Pietra International Conference Center offers state of the art meeting spaces equipped with the following audiovisual equipment and services:
- Receptionist (including dedicated telephone line)

- Secretarial and technical support room equipped with telephone, fax, computer, color printer, photocopier and Internet connectivity
- Multi-computer lab with Internet connectivity and printer (Total of 7 workstations. One workstation is equipped for the disabled.)
- Audiovisual equipment: Built-in sound system, video projectors, overhead projectors, slide projectors, projection screens, DVD and VHS readers, CD players, wireless microphones, laptops, 8-port VGA Video Switch, flip charts, whiteboards, laser color printers, laser pointers, lecterns.
