Chambre de Bonne

Chambres de Bonnes are very small studios (often referred to as "studettes" that are usually in walk-up buildings. Most Chambres de Bonne include a bed, closet/shelves, kitchen area equipped with a small refrigerator, hotplate, and sink and a small shower. Toilets are almost always shared with other tenants living on the same floor.
Rent ranges from 450€ to 600€ per month. Utilities are not included. Monthly rent is paid directly to the landlord.
