Parents

Parents occupy a very special place in the NYU community. Our students come from all over the country and the world, and we remain committed to communicating with parents and keeping them informed and involved. In turn, parents have become an invaluable source of guidance, enthusiasm, and support for NYU.

One of the most important ways in which parents can express their support is through the NYU Parents' Fund. The Parents' Fund supports a number of programs and services that are not covered by tuition. Your gift helps students take advantage of the city's unique cultural offerings, increases financial aid, and promotes internships and career counseling. In addition, the Parents' Fund supports innovative residence life programming and health and wellness initiatives that are vital to ensuring that our students have a meaningful and rewarding academic experience.

Parents that support the University at a leadership giving level can become members of the Parents' Committee, a group of committed and active parents of current undergraduate students.
