Prerequisite Courses

In many departments, you'll need to enroll first in introductory courses, which will serve as prerequisites for the more advanced courses you will take later on. If you are starting off in a department, these are the courses you should be considering. Most departments place their "Intro" courses at the beginning of their course lists on Albert.

In selecting courses for registration, you may have chosen one that requires a prerequisite. This prerequisite will be indicated in the notes published under the specific course listing on Albert. If you have not successfully completed this prerequisite course, Albert will not permit you to register for the advanced course. If you feel that you have indeed satisfied the prerequisite course, contact the Office of Advising to learn how to proceed.
