HR Reporting Update (updated 12/10/2008)
Launch Update
The new HR Reporting environment will be launched on January 12th, 2009.
Training classes have been scheduled for the months of January and February. The training dates and sign up process will be communicated via email. Training dates are also posted on this website. Click HELP on the left to access the training calendar.

Financial Reporting Update
11/5 - The new Budget Summary and Budget Detail reports are now available. To learn more about the new reports and how best to use them, please visit the redesigned SYS 201: Basic Brio Reporting available 24 hours a day at: http://www.nyu.edu/financial.services/cdv/training .

Budget Summary/Detail Reports (multi-currency) Available week of 11/9
Fund Balance Report Available week of 11/16
Project Summary Report Available week of 11/30
Salary Expense Report - corrected version Available week of 11/9 (revised date)

10/30 - ***IMPORTANT** BRIO Financial Reporting*
An enhanced Inception-to-Date Report is now available in the Financial Standard Reports Library with additional functionality as requested. In addition, the Controller?s Division has updated the on-line training for this report. Information about the new report and how to best use it is available 24 hours a day in the redesigned SYS 201: Basic Brio Reporting (Online Course) at http://www.nyu.edu/financial.services/cdv/training.
A number of fiscal officers requested that the current reports remain available, although they are aware there are some data inaccuracies and performance issues. Therefore, all the current reports will remain available until they are replaced according to the target dates below:
*Budget Summary Report: *To be replaced week of 11/2
*Budget Detail Report:* To be replaced week of 11/2
*Salary Expense Report: *To be replaced week of 11/2
*Fund Balance Report:* To be replaced week of 11/16
*Project Summary Report:* To be replaced week of 11/30
*Ad-Hoc Report Users:* Beginning Monday, November 2nd, the ITS Financial Reports Team will be providing technical support to ad-hoc financial reports (previously provided by Dr. Robert Flum).

8/13- Brio Standard Reports Library – Update: All standard reports are now available. ITS is working on improving performance. If you have an Ad hoc Report based on a Budget Detail view, please contact ITS Client Services (998-3333) before using it so that ITS can refresh the view to reflect the changes that were made.
