CDV supports the function of every member of the NYU community as a steward of the University. It advances ethical conduct, operational efficiencies, and responsible management of resources though programs that help employees to
- better understand financial transactions and processes necessary to advance the missions of the University;
- know and understand those rules and requirements that apply to the University's financial operations; and,
- effectively use the systems and tools required to conduct the University's financial operations.
These programs involve multi-platform communications and training/information activities delivered in various ways (in-class instruction, hands-on labs, theme-focused seminars, online tutorials, online references, one-on-one consultations, site visits, etc.).
