The Cost Analysis office provides the following functions for NYU-Washington Square:

• The preparation, submission, negotiation and defense of the University's Federal Facilities & Administrative (F&A) rate
• The preparation, submission, negotiation and defense of the University's Federal fringe benefit rate
• The administration of the University's Time & Effort Certification documentation and process

Sponsored Programs Accounting & Cost Analysis Join Sponsored Programs Administration

In December 2010, Financial Operations and Treasury welcomed José M. Román to the newly created position of Assistant Vice President for Sponsored Program Administration.

The Sponsored Programs Accounting (SPA) and Cost Analysis divisions are now a part of Sponsored Programs Administration.
