Track Requests

1. Click the house icon at the top right of the window to go to the Administrative Services portal.
2. Locate the Workflow channel and click Workflow History.
3. You will see a clickable link "Request # XYZ (Reimbursement) has been sent for Approval"—click it to view details.
4. On the details page, below the summary, click the link Track It! to see a screen detailing where in the approval process your request currently resides.
5. To sort the entries in your Worklist, click any of the column headers

Note: You will also receive an e-mail notification when your request has been approved and forwarded to Accounts Payable.
