Effortless Record Keeping and Retrieval
AP Workflow makes record keeping and retrieval effortless by automatically storing saved and submitted requests, including any supporting documentation electronically attached.
This eliminates the need to store hard copies locally. It also allows you or anyone authorized to access your documents to retrieve a copy of those saved and submitted requests through the AP Workflow Inquiry feature. Once your request has satified audit, you will receive an e-mail from AP informing you that all original paper receipts can be destroyed.
