The CDV Support Library provides faculty members, researchers, students, administrators and NYU visitors with a step-by-step tool to find guidance on Office of the Controller policy and procedural support in multiple areas that structure financial administration at NYU. Subject areas include: accounting information, financial systems, foreign employees, payments, payroll, reimbursements, sponsored programs, tax and training.

About the Office of the Controller (Controller's Division)
The Office of the Controller (CDV) develops, implements and trains the NYU community on and about business policies and procedures. CDV performs a wide variety of functions including (but not limited to):
- Issuing payments to vendors and employees in accordance with Federal, state, local and University policies
- Designing and maintaining financial systems used for NYU business policies, procedures and daily work function support
- Reconciling accounts
- Compiling financial reports (including NYU audited financial statements and IRS forms 990 and 990T)
