NYU Study Abroad/Exchange Programs — Financial Aid Application
Financial aid (regular NYU scholarship, loans and/or grants) currently awarded to students enrolled at New York University will be credited to their NYU Bursar account for use during any fall/spring semester in which they participate in an NYU Study Abroad or NYU Exchange program. (Students who will attend a non-NYU study abroad program and want to make use of their existing federal loans and grants must submit a Consortium Agreement completed by their NYU academic advisor and the consortium school.)

NOTIFICATION

Upon submission of this application your record will be reviewed and a notification of your scholarship eligibility and estimate will be posted to your record on NetPartner within approximately two (2) weeks. You can expect your final scholarship award in June.

VISA APPLICATION

If you will need a copy of your financial aid award to present when applying for your travel visa, please contact the Office of Financial Aid and allow at least ten (10) business days for processing.

PRIORITY DEADLINES*

FALL SEMESTER 2009:   May 1, 2009

SPRING SEMESTER 2010:   December 1, 2009

* Applications will be accepted after the priority deadlines but scholarship funding becomes increasingly limited.
