• Total project budget is less than $100,000
• Space affected by project is within requesting school's or department's approved space allocation
• Space affected by project does not impact:
  • Public space
  • Lobby space
  • Classroom space
  • Amenity space i.e. dining hall, exercise room, conference center, etc.
  • Building exterior
