> Introduction
Beginning in January 2007, Facilities & Construction Management began conducting a series of electronic surveys designed to provide client feedback on our services. Surveys measure specific services, such as construction project management and facilities service request fulfillment, as well as measure the general quality of academic and residential facility environments.
- General quality survey for academic and residential environments will be conducted twice in 2007 to establish initial performance benchmark and evaluate effectiveness of immediate corrective action plans; will be conducted annually thereafter.
- All FCM management employees have specific performance objectives related to client service and quality survey results.
