Specific exhibitions will be discussed as case studies, among them the 1998 Sao Paulo
Biennial, The Quiet in the Land projects, Chicano Art: Resistance and
Affirmation, Tempo and others to examine alternate models of collaboration among
groups of curators, curators and other museum professionals, commissioned artists,
conservators, and others. Invited speakers will share their practical experiences with
the class.
