Ben Tausig
dfgdf

Ben Tausig is a second-year Ph.D. student in Ethnomusicology. His research focuses on music, architecture and governance in urban areas, with an emphasis on the politics of noise. He has conducted fieldwork with Pentecostal worshippers in Brooklyn, with techno musicians in Detroit, and most recently with the residents of his own large and cacophonous apartment building. Ben received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2002. He plays the guitar and has composed electronic music.
