Wagner hired Henrietta to help launch its first online program—the Master of Health Administration (MHA)—and to assist all Wagner faculty with curriculum and course design, assessment, and integration of technology. For five years prior to joining Wagner, Henrietta was a Senior Faculty Professional Development & Assessment Specialist at the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Vermont. In this role, she provided professional development to faculty at UVM to help with curriculum and course design, assessment, integration of technology, and more. She also co-directed UVM's five-year Hybrid Course Initiative Program to help faculty design hybrid courses in her role of project manager and hybrid course designer. Henrietta has over 10 years of experience working in higher education as an educator and technologist and she is also a professional photographer. Henrietta holds an MSIN in Educational/ Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology and a BA in English and Black Studies from The College of Wooster.
