The University is committed to developing homeownership programs for its faculty and staff. Eligible affiliates living in University rental housing may currently obtain financial assistance to buy a luxury condominium at Riverwalk Landing Condominiums on Roosevelt Island. The University also offers the Points Reimbursement Program for eligible faculty and staff, which reimburses first mortgage origination fees for new homebuyers and is managed by the Human Resources Department.
