Sublet Guide and Online Form
The University has unveiled a new, streamlined allocation process for faculty members on approved leave or sabbatical wishing to sublet their apartment. Faculty members will receive 110% guaranteed rent and additional improvements to their apartment when they participate in the program. NOTE: The incentives offered by this program are for faculty members on approved leave or sabbatical. Summer/winter holiday sublets are not eligible for the incentives.

Standard NYU Sublease
Permission to sublet your apartment must be granted by the Faculty Housing Office. Please contact the Faculty Housing Office should you choose to sublet your apartment.

Washington Square Village Playground
Key Application
The WSV Playground is open to residents of WSV and other affiliates in NYU rental housing. The playground key application must be submitted to Cooper Square Realty, NYU's property manager (Telephone: 646.997.9988).
