The application for all MSW degree programs consists of:
- The completed application form
- A personal statement
- Official transcripts of all college and university records
- Three letters of reference
- A resume
Please note that the application requirements for some degree programs may require additional items. A $50.00 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the completed application and is not credited toward tuition.
The application for the non-degree program consists of:
- The completed application form
- Official transcript confirming receipt of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- One (1) letter of reference

Extension Site Summer Deadline: The application deadline for Extended, Extended OYR and non-matriculating students at Sarah Lawrence College, College of Staten Island and St. Thomas Aquinas campuses is April 17, 2007. There is no summer program currently offered at the Washington Square Campus.
Deadline dates are for the School of Social Work. Please refer to other individual schools for their application deadlines.
