About the Events Calendar

The NYU Events Calendar serves a central resource for information about events at the university. Events are contributed to the calendar by NYU schools, departments, centers and programs on an ongoing basis.

Events may be open to the general public or private events for NYU faculty, staff, students, and/or alumni. They may also be hosted on-campus or off-campus. NYU will not accept unapproved event submissions from individuals or organizations from outside of the university. Exceptions may be made for events co-sponsored by affiliated NYU groups held in university venues.

As per the Events Calendar Terms of Use, events must be submitted by full-time NYU administrative staff with active NetIDs and NYUHome accounts who have primary responsibility for managing event information for their school, department, or program.

NYU reserves the right to approve, reject or make special considerations for any event submitted to the calendar.
