The New FAQ allows CMS Authors to build a list of abbreviated FAQs that, when clicked, will expand to show the answer to the questions. CMS Authors may also search other relevant, stored FAQs and display them with their own grouping.
When to use it?
Use New FAQ in the FAQ Container to set up a list of frequently asked questions concerning primary content.
Where to use it?
New FAQ must go in an FAQ Container, which can go in 1-, 2-, and 3-column containers on a CMS driven page. FAQ can be secondary or primary content, depending on the purpose of the page.
