Add an FAQ Container

  1. Navigate to and open the desired page.
  2. From the Sidekick, select and add the FAQs Container component to the desired location.
  3. By default, the component displays Please edit to define FAQ container. Double-click to open up the component.
  4. In the FAQ Container dialog window, enter in the following information:
    1. Title: The title for the FAQ section. For example, "CMS Help". This is a required field.
    2. Container Size: From the drop-down menu, select the column size for the FAQ container. For example, if you've added the component to a 3-column space, you have the option of having the text appear in 3-column space, a 2-column space or a 1-column space. This is a required selection.
    3. Do not show grey bar: By default, a grey bar will appear at the top of your FAQ section to delineate the section area. If you do not wish to show the grey bar, put a check-mark in this box.
  5. The component will refresh on the page and you will now see your title text at the top of the space and a Search FAQ link in the upper right-hand corner.
