The FAQ or Frequently Asked Questions Container component creates a framework for CMS Authors in which to build their list of abbreviated FAQs. The FAQ Container component must be added to the page before the New FAQ content may be added.
When to use it?
The FAQ Container, like Column Control, is a component in which other components reside. In this case, only the New FAQ component will go into an FAQ Container. Use it to set up your FAQ.
Where to use it?
The FAQ Container can go in 1-, 2-, and 3-column containers on a CMS driven page. FAQ can be secondary or primary content, depending on the purpose of the page.
