The Torch Club

The Dining Room, located on the main floor of The Torch Club, features a full service a la carte menu. The selections are updated seasonally, offering first courses, main courses, sides and daily specials. This winter enjoy our Roasted Hubbard Squash and Apple Soup with sage creme fraiche, a drizzel of pumpkin seed oil and apple chips or feast on the Seared Arctic Char with parsnip coulis, sauteed spinach and roasted oyster mushrooms. A favorite of guests is the perennial Torch Club, an oven-roasted turkey sandwich with Havarti cheese, honey crisp apple slices, applewood smoked bacon, roasted garlic aioli and hand-cut fries.

Join us on Fridays for our ever-popular buffets - Utilizing seasonality and holidays as our guiding principles, we develop weekly themed buffets designed to delight everyone from our regular guests to newcomers alike! For our highest attended buffets, we open up the Pub Room downstairs with additional seating.
