UDW+ Operating Committee

The UDW+ Operating Committee consists of representatives from Schools and Administrative Divisions that meet on a bi-monthly basis, and is responsible for:

  • Overseeing the Projects' Implementation
  • Recommending changes to policies & processes
  • Ensuring School Readiness
  • Nominating Focus Groups
  • Approving Communications, Training Plans, and Project Deliverables
  • Assisting with the Projects' Roll-out
  • Provide feedback regarding UDW+ Support

UDW+ Departmental Metrics Working Committee

The UDW+ Departmental Metrics Working Committee comprises of 14 representatives of the schools and departments whose data are included in the dashboard and subject area experts. Members are responsible for:

  • Representing the information requirements of schools and departments
  • Overseeing departmental data submissions to the dashboard
  • Identifying data issues requiring resolution

The Committee meets as needed to:

  • Provide input on the dashboard structure and content
  • Identify and reach agreement on definitional and procedural issues
