The Lead Based Paint Program's (LBP) purpose is to:
- Outline procedures for managing known lead based paint in University buildings (residential and academic);
- Ensure human health and the environment are protected;
- Comply with applicable regulations, with respect to the maintenance, safe handling of LBP during remediation and the disposal of LBP waste.
