NYU Steinhardt offers over 15 summer study abroad programs on four continents. 6-12 credit courses ranging from a survey of Italian cuisine and the Mediterranean diet in Florence, Italy, to the study of media and globalization in Hong Kong and Beijing, China. All courses are three credits (unless otherwise specified) at the 2000 level and are open to graduate students – at NYU as well as other universities – and to working professionals.
