Insurance Information

The College of Dentistry welcomes patients with dental insurance. We do not, however, have the resources to file and manage claims with insurance companies. To assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company, our staff will provide you with all the information you need, including a detailed walkout statement and copies of x-rays, if needed.

Most dental insurance plans will reimburse you up to an annual maximum of $1,000 or $1,500. Because our fees are generally well below the average private practice fees, your dollar will go much further at the NYU College of Dentistry.
