	Healthplex and Urban Dental Management Team Up to Support Dental Van
Class of 1964 graduates Stephen J. Cuchel, CEO, and Martin Kane, president, of Healthplex, Inc., and Dr. Steven J. Solomon, CEO of Urban Dental Management (UDM), have made a joint commitment of generous support over the next five years for the operation of the College's new dental van, "Smiling Faces, Going Places." "Supporting the van with operating funds is a priority for the College," said Dean Alfano. "Many of the children served by the van come from families who live below the poverty line and are subject to the physical and emotional distress associated with poverty. For these kids, the 'Smiling Faces, Going Places' van offers a unique opportunity to experience mainstream oral health benefits in a positive environment and in their own neighborhoods. By helping to ensure that our 'Smiling Faces, Going Places' van is able to bring critically needed dental services directly to these children, Healthplex, Inc., and UDM are demonstrating that they care about the future of New York's youngsters."
