In response to an invitation from Representative Charles B. Rangel (D-NY), NYU College of Dentistry’s Smiling Faces, Going Places mobile dental van visited Representative Rangel’s district in Harlem on September 10th and 11th to provide free oral health screenings to local youngsters.
