Deanís Circle Grows by 51 Percent in First Year

Since its inception in spring 1999, the Deanís Circle, a group of $1,000 annual donors to the College, has grown by 51 percent.

In recognition of their support, Deanís Circle members are invited to join Dean Alfano at an annual dinner and briefing on the state of the College. In June, for the second consecutive year, Deanís Circle guests enjoyed a balmy evening at the Water Club in New York Harbor.

Associate Dean Stuart M. Hirsch, í71, who is a founder and cochair of the Deanís Circle along with Dr. Elliott M. Moskowitz, í72, says the goal for the current year is to double membership. ďDean Alfano has set forth an extremely ambitious and exciting agenda for the College,Ē says Dr. Hirsch. Itís a privilege for Deanís Circle members to help him realize his vision, and itís a joy for all of us to get together.Ē
