NYU College of Dentistry, NYU College of Nursing, ABC7, and Colgate Invite You to Take Advantage of Our Free Fall Festival of Health

From Wednesday, October 18, through Friday, October 20, 2006, the NYU College of Dentistry and the College of Nursing will partner with ABC7 and Colgate to offer free health services for adults and children, including- dental and oral cancer exams,
- blood sugar testing,
- blood pressure testing,
- obesity screening,
- “toothprints,” which take an impression of your child’s bite and capture DNA for purposes of identification, plus
- complimentary oral health-care products.
Additional health-care benefits will include coupons for:- free sealants and free, custom-fitted mouth guards for children up to age 16,
- full dentures for adults with no teeth, and
- a free comprehensive examination, including x-rays, for people who register to become patients at the NYU College of Dentistry.
All screenings will take place at the NYU College of Dentistry, 345 East 24th Street (corner of First Avenue) in Manhattan. Screening hours are Wednesday through Friday, 9am to 7pm. No appointments are necessary. We look forward to seeing you and helping you to get fit for fall.
