Pharos Client Installer for Windows XP or Vista

1. Download and run the Windows Pharos Installer.

2. Follow the instuctions from the Installer Wizard.

3. When the Wizard is finished RESTART your computer.

4. You're finished! See instructions for Enabling Double-Sided Printing for Windows.

Pharos Client Installer for Macintosh OS X

New driver for OS X Leopard 10.5.x and up.

Download the Library's printer drivers and Pharos client installer.

Enabling Duplex (Double-sided) Printing for Windows XP

In order to print to both sides of each sheet of paper you have to enable Duplex Printing. These instructions are for Windows XP.

1. Click Start. Choose Settings > Printers and Faxes.

2. Right-click on DLP1 and choose Printing Preferences.

3. Under the heading Print on Both Sides select Flip on Long Edge.

4. Click OK to close Printing Preferences.

5. Repeat these steps for DLP2 and DLP3.

That's it. Follow the instructions for Printing Using Pharos and any job you send to any of the 3 library printers will print double-sided.

Enabling Duplex (Double-sided) Printing for Macintosh

1. In your System Preferences and choose Print & Fax.

2. Highlight dlp1_p on the left. Click Printer Setup on the right.

3. Next to Duplex select Long Edge. Click Apply Chnages.

4. Repeat steps for dlp2_p and dlp3_p.

5. That's it. Follow the instructions for Printing Using Pharos and any job you send to any of the 3 library printers will print double-sided.
