On Wednesday, May 9, 2012, the New York University College of Dentistry's Graduation Ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center. Students will receive 4 guest tickets.

• You must arrive in academic attire to Avery Fisher Hall by 12:30 p.m. on the day of Graduation
• When you get to AFH, look for signs with your GPD or program name for line up
• You must not have any belongings, volunteers will confiscate bags
• It is important to note that there are lots of stairs at AFH and comfortable shoes are highly recommended
• If you are pregnant it is very important that you contact Elly Koskorelos (Elly@nyu.edu) so that we can make the proper arrangements for you
• If you do bring small children to the ceremony and they begin to cry, you will be asked to leave the auditorium
• Due to fire codes if you bring a small child and they sit on your lap they will still count as a ticket
  
  GRADUATION & BOAT CRUISE TICKET DISTRIBUTION
  • If you plan to attend the NYU College of Dentistry Graduation Ceremony at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center and the Graduation Boat Cruise, the tickets will be distributed at the College during the first week of April. Further details will be provided via email.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2012, the New York University Grad Alley will be held in Washington Square Park from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Students will receive 2 guest tickets.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2012, the 180th University Commencement Exercises will be held in Yankee Stadium from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Students will receive 4 guest tickets.

COMMENCEMENT & GRAD ALLEY TICKET DISTRIBUTION
• Tickets are required for the All-University Commencement (Yankee Stadium) and Grad Alley. To attend Commencement and Grad Alley, you MUST register at http://www.nyu.edu/life/events-traditions/commencement/tickets.html between Monday, March 12th, and Sunday, April 22nd.
• All-University Commencement tickets, Grad Alley tickets and Yearbook distribution will be on Friday, May 4th in the Commons

ACADEMIC ATTIRE (Graduation & Commencement) - For any questions regarding renting Academic Attire, please contact Paul Reilly at pjreill@aol.com

• In order to attend both ceremonies, you MUST obtain academic attire. To order your academic attire, log on to www.herffjones.com/college/nyu and follow the prompts. The rental fee may be paid online with MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.
• To ensure proper handling and delivery, be sure to place your order by midnight Monday, April 2nd. Students who miss the April 2nd deadline can order and receive attire on April 23rd on a "first come, first served" basis.
  
  ACADEMIC ATTIRE DISTRIBUTION
  • Herff-Jones representatives will be at the College in back of the Michael C. Alfano Commons Cafeteria on Monday, April 23rd from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to distribute academic attire.
  • If you plan on attending the All-University Commencement on May 16, you must return all academic attire by 2:30 p.m. following the Commencement ceremony to Herff Jones representatives at Gate 8, where you enter Yankee Stadium.
  • If you are only renting academic attire for the NYUCD Graduation and do not plan to attend the All-University Commencement on Wednesday, May 16, you must return the attire to the designated bins in the lobby of Avery Fisher Hall on May 9th.
  • After May 16, you must mail academic attire back to:
