On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, the 177th University Commencement Exercises will be held in Yankee Stadium from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Students will receive 6 guest tickets.
Following Commencement, the Alumni Association will be hosting a Boat Cruise from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for the graduates (due to space restrictions, guests will not be invited).
On Tuesday, May 26, 2009, the New York University College of Dentistry's Graduation Ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden. Students will receive 8 guest tickets.
ACADEMIC ATTIRE & EVENT TICKET DISTRIBUTION
If you plan to attend the All-University Commencement, tickets are required. To register for Commencement and Grad Alley, you must call TorchTone (212-995-4747) between Monday, March 16th and Saturday, April 25th. The automated ordering system will allow you to order your tickets from Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-midnight, and Saturday, noon-6:00 p.m. (Tickets will be mailed directly to your home or preferred address).
In order to attend both ceremonies, you must obtain academic attire. To order your academic attire, log on to www.herffjones.com/college/graduation and follow the prompts. The rental fee may be paid online with MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.
To ensure proper handling and delivery, be sure to place your order by midnight Tuesday, April 07, 2009.
Herff-Jones representatives will be at the College in room 614S (6th floor) on Monday, April 27, from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, April 28, from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. to distribute academic attire. During Academic Attire Distribution, we will give out tickets for the NYUCD Graduation Ceremony.
