Lechner spoke about her efforts to mobilize a change towards blended education. She examined the need and opportunity for doing so, and surveyed the changing landscape of business education. She also discussed how to define a compelling vision for blended education projects, how to identify low-risk-high-return areas within the school for experimentation, how to secure support from the top, and best practices for developing the capacity for blended education one professor at a time.
