Technology for Learning Across Cultures

In his discussion, Hoadley explored whether technology can really connect people globally. He addressed some of the promises and pitfalls in using technology to connect people, especially for teaching and learning, including a description of work on using low-tech solutions to teach students in India and Nepal.
