Academic Wellbeing Series

The University Learning Center's Academic Wellbeing Series focuses on empowering students with a diverse set of academic and interpsonal skills essential for fostering self-efficacy and indepdenent learning. Academic Wellbeing events will range from conversation cricles to academic skill-building workshops, covering topics such as study skills, building a self-management system, how to succeeds, and more!

NOTE: ULC sessions are not recorded. Our live sessions are meant to be attended in real time, as the benefit of the sessions are to interact with our Learning Assistants and each other, and to ask any questions in an open and safe environment.

Learning Assistants

In addition to subject-matter tutoring, the ULC's Learning Assistants can help you improve your learning skills and techniques. Whether you need assistance managing your time and putting together an appropriate study plan, or would like some tips and advice on note-making or efficient reading, our LAs are here to help you. They are your peers, and want to pass along the tips they wish they'd had before! Come to our Afternoon Learning Series to learn how to become a better student, or visit them one-on-one for specific advice.
