Customized Stationery
Customized or specialty stationery items such as embossed, engraved, die-cut, and/or special-request stocks, will require a Reprographics requisition form to begin an order.

Digital Preparation & Output

We provide print job preparation and output assistance for digital publishing projects, including electronic file translations for most common PC-compatible and Macintosh™ applications; AdobeTM PostScript™ and HP PCL job preparation; and, digital printing from your electronic illustration and layout files(s) using current versions of PhotoShop™, Illustrator™, QuarkXpress™, and InDesign™.

Our DocuTech™ digital publishing systems capture text, line art, and photographs, producing professional finished documents at an amazing speed, and at near-offset quality, 600 dpi resolution, in black ink.

Graphic Design & Typesetting

Our experienced staff will obtain estimates, establish timelines and work with your budgetary concerns. Above all, our goal is to meet the esthetic standards set forth by the University and its Schools, and to do so in a creative and cost effective way.

Print Communications (brochures and collateral material, manuals, annual reports), Information Design (charts, forms, graphs, schedules), Environmental Design (signage, exhibitions, themed environments), Promotional (posters, announcements, catalogs, direct mail).

Procurement Printing Program

For projects requiring: special order stocks (i.e. four-color process, metallic, PantoneTM Matching System (PMS spot) color inks; or for projects requiring embossing, engravure, or thermographic raised printing, or full bleeds, the Procurement print buyers will take care of of bidding and placing your project with the right commercial source.
