The Workshop is comprised of six lectures that take place throughout October and November, and that are being co-moderated by Larry A. Silverstein, president and CEO of Silverstein Properties, Inc.; D. Kenneth Patton, former divisional dean and visiting clinical professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate; and Robert I. Shapiro, president of City Center Real Estate, Inc.

Guest speakers participating in this year’s workshop titled “Investment and Development Projects and Deals,” include: Thomas Brodsky, The Brodsky Organization; Paul Freitag, managing director of Rose Development, Jonathan Rose Companies LLC; Harry B. Macklowe, chairman of Macklowe Properties; David Thom, vice president of Design & Development, The LeFrak Organization; and Larry A.
